 What is women empowerment There are a lot of girls  in the rural areas who drop out in employment or doing household chores, female  infanticide, domestic violence ,early  marriage, gender based  discrimination at work place are some of the challenges. 

                                                            women empowerment plays on important role in the development of the country. Empowerment of women  particularly in rural areas is the necessity today, If I talk about basis  rights like education nutrition and health are like luxuries for millions of girls across the globe even today.There are a lot of girls  in the rural areas who drop out in employment or doing household chores, female  infanticide, domestic violence ,early  marriage, gender based  discrimination at work place are some of the challenges. 

women are facing even that each and every girl gets her right of education,  proper nutrition and good health facilities the should  be proper law and enforcement for the safety of women . Women should get the freedom to take their own decision .When  girls are educated and empowered family become happier When women are financially this helps to break the cycle of poverty for families around the women is one of the smartest things.We can do to promote a healthier and a more prosperous world.
